Admission Process

Eligible students can apply online. After scrutiny of the applications, eligible candidates will be informed of the schedule of the Brief Interactive Session & Personal Interview (PI)

Personal Interview – Experts will interview and assess the candidates on various parameters, including the suitability of the candidates for offered specializations

Weightage - Marks obtained in graduation and qualifying exam will carry 50% weightage, and Personal Interviews will carry 50% weightage for preparation of the final merit list for admission

The university reserves the right to make changes in this admission process as and when required

Eligibility

Student must clear any one entrance test CLAT PG Examination, AILET PG Examination, CUET LL.M. Examination MAH-CET OR SBEST LL.M. (Sri Balaji Entrance And Screening Test)

Be a Law graduate (B.A.LL.B., BBA.LL.B., LL.B.) from a UGC-recognized university with a minimum of 50% of marks (Minimum 45% for SC/ST Candidates) OR

The candidate also shall be physically and medically fit to under go vigorous physical activity apart from the minimum eligibility criteria.

Students currently in the final year of their Law graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may also apply for the course (Minimum 45% for SC/ST Candidates).

What is SBEST-LL.M.?

Sri Balaji Entrance Screening Test (SBEST - LL.M.) is an entrance exam conducted by Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP) The entrance exam is optional in nature. Students should take this entrance exam under the following conditions -

• Did not appear for CLAT PG/ MAH-CET / CUET PG / AILET PG

• To improve the scores of the above-mentioned exams attempted, can opt for SBEST-LL.M.
